TWU hosts a variety of science fieldtrips for homelearners, throughout the month of May.

Learn about bees and bugs with other homelearners

Traditional Learning Academy*
Surrey; Abbotsford and Vancouver; 4 days a week; a variety of classes for grades K to 9
Classes in a variety of subjects, including science, arts, history, and languages.
Classes offered, for a fee, to all homelearners regardless of where they are registered, if space allows. TLA students (DL and Registered)  have first priority.
Various days and locations; Ages 5-14
The Young Naturalists' Club has outings once or twice a month to various sites throughout the Lower Mainland.

Fresh Air Learning *
North Vancouver, Tuesdays and Thursdays; Ages 4-6
A non-profit parent run outdoor learning program centred at MapleWood Farm and the forests of North Vancouver. Program includes nature activities, hiking, free play, stories, songs, and crafts.

Eagle Awarness Camps for Homelearners
