Tuesday Gym Time at a variety of locations. Sports covered throughout the year include; basketball, floor hockey, curling, rock climbing, skating, soccer, football, ultimate frisbee, parkour, volleyball, pickleball, Triathlon and more ! Sports could vary depending on availability.

The gym time is meant for kids 5-18 years old. (We usually top at 15 but if the older kids start coming they would have a blast!). Older kids are welcome to volunteer to help with the sports and we already have several that are loving that position. People come with their littler ones and there is usually some others to play with. Johanna would not be able to run a program for them specifically though. It would be up to you to watch them. The Pitt Meadows Rec Centre (when we are there) has a little play area for the little kids off to the side. We try to divide the kids into a couple of groups that match level of ability and competitive interests...
Gym time to the best of our abilities will be on a Tuesday afternoon around 1pm. The location and activity is going to change through out the year so please read the emails as they come =) We will do our best to give lots of notice and reminders =)
