Summer Park Days at Trout Lake

Just to let everybody else know... some homelearning groups have been
meeting at Trout Lake on good weather Thursdays (not too many yet, but
hopefully more during the rest of the summer).

Its a large gathering of all ages.. from the Young Play Learners group
that has little ones and the Burrard View/ Vancouver Homelearners
Co-op that has middle ages 6-11.  I'm hoping to get more older ones
11+ to come out too.  A bunch got to know each other at the
Shakespeare Workshop this June and I hope meeting at Trout Lake on
Thursdays might help.  So I know there are other kid out there ... so
come on out and meet up with us and get to know some new folks.

The  youngplaylearners group arrives around 10:30-11am as the little
ones often need to go home for a rest after lunch.  The burrardview
group have been coming around noon and staying the afternoon.  They
meet either in the playground or on the playground side of the beach.

The Beach and Playground are on the South side of the park.  There is
a parking lot off of 19th Ave (Between Victoria Dr. and Nanianmo) that
those with cars can park at to be close to the meeting area.  Here's a
google satellite map where you can see the area clearly
