There is a group of us that are located in North Delta who started meeting on Friday afternoons last year to let the kids play and to pursue learning projects as a group (mostly science, but we may expand into art and other areas, depending on the parents who are doing the teaching).

We’re having our first get-together of this school year on Friday at Nordel Fellowship Church (7940 118th Street). It will be pretty relaxed. We’re having a potluck lunch and making sure that everyone gets to know one another. If you are located in North Delta or nearby you are welcome to come join us, even if you’re not that interested in committing to the co-op. It would be a good way to meet some other North Delta homeschooling families.
