The historic Port Moody Station which houses the Port Moody Station Museum was built by the Canadian Pacific Railway Company in 1905. The building and its contents represent the cornerstone of Port Moody and area history back to prehistoric times

The Port Moody Heritage Society promotes appreciation of community heritage by collecting, showcasing and celebrating area history through exhibits, programs and events at the Port Moody Station Museum. We welcome everyone to discover our shared heritage.

  • Chinese Legacies (recommended for ages 10-14) – Thurs., May 24th – 10-11:30am
  • Riding the Rails (recommended for ages 4-9) – Mon., April 16th June 11th – 10-11:30am *NEW DATE*

Additional Program Options

These programs may be available if enough families are interested. Please call for more information.

Programs for home schooling families are delivered with parent participation in mind. Young children are welcome to come but may not be suitable to participate in all aspects of the program. The cost for 90 min. programs is $6 for 1 adult & 1 child, $2 for each additional child.
