The Aquarium Is Your Classroom
We encourage home learning students, their younger siblings, and educators to become participants in our education programming. Past program themes have included wetlab explorations, guided intertidal beach walks, and the opportunity to meet marine science professionals.
To be eligible, you must be a homeschool group and/or homelearning family. Programs will be capped and we will place participants with others to fill the program.

Per participant, per set of 3 classes
- Accompanying adults and younger siblings are considered participants and must register as well as the student.
- Attendance list and booking is finalized 48 hours before the start of the program.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the program date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Missed programs will not be refunded or rescheduled.
The Aquarium reserves the right to cancel the program (with a full refund) due to low registration.
- We are a large working facility with limited reception space. If adults and younger siblings are not accompanying the student in their program, alternative waiting areas must be found.
- Aquarium Memberships cannot be used in lieu of fees for participants in school programs.
