Headz-Up Activities for Kids

Jocelyn (a homeschooling mom as well) has recently moved to a great farm property where she has rented the use of a nice clubhouse building. She is planning to use it to start a drop-in Club House for kids. She will be offering different activities. This is a trial run for her, so she is trying to find out how much interest there is from other homeschoolers. She is open to suggestions and ideas of what to offer. She is also open to the possibility of using it for specific activities. She has created a website called www.Headz-Up.ca where you can check out her current ideas.

She is in the Delta flats between North Delta and Ladner – near the Community Hall on Highway 10. Easy access from many different areas in the Lower Mainland.

Jocelyn is incredibly energetic and an amazing organizer. She has a way of coming up with fun things for the kids and my kids always love going to see her and her family. If you think you might be interested, please let her know. Her young adult daughter Stephanie is helping coordinate registrations and activities, so you will see links to contact them on the website. Jocelyn also mentioned that if kids are interested in the daycamps but need their moms to stay to help them settle in, that she is fine with that.
